This is an updated review today (26/04/17) - I would like to point out the brilliant customer service from Margot at Highett - nothing is too difficult for her she is ALWAYS happy and responsive I would love to have a staff member like her! - Fabulous Customer Service! 10/10 🙂

Most disappointed. Both team members I dealt with were really outstanding to deal with. However, when I was shown the unit my car was being stored in, it was very difficult to open both sides, as the shafts that needed to be opened were extremely tight. I was assured that a service person would attend to the problem.When I took my car there on the weekend I had the same issue. I eventually got both sides open, but when It came to lock the doors, I struggled and asked a young man, who was also storing his goods. He battled but was also not strong enough to close and lock the doors. Eventually I asked another young man to assist. He used all the force he could and eventually closed the doors, which I was then able to lock.That particular unit is not fit for purpose and I trust will be seen to before my next visit. Not happy...

This is an organised and efficient company and from day one, every member of staff has been cheerful, friendly and helpful. I commented on the first day that it must be a great place to work because everyone was so nice. Ten months later as I finally move into my new place and empty my storage unit, I still think the same. A wonderful helpful cheerful team of people.

Friendly staff. Good customer service.A good local business serving local customers. it will look more favorable upon the business if they could look in to following suggestions.These are my personal views considering the space currently not utilize on following; Have access lanes practically wide enough to at least drive a mid size vehicle with an easeTraffic management plan to separate people from moving vehicles & singns, walkways maybe, paved driveways.

A very good place to store and safeguard all your materials. It is pretty huge and very well organized. The staff were very friendly and very informative. Prices are little on the higher side was there for 2yrs
