From our first communication via phone and email from interstate, they have been helpful and professional and answered all our queries promptly. When we dropped in to sign up for storage everyone was friendly and made the process quick and easy. I thought we only had fort knox in america who would have that that we had one in eltham building is surrounded by a creek and has a bridge going across its almost like a castleVery fascinating location
