Returns Policy

Fort Knox Self Storage offers a 7-day return policy on “Dead on Arrival”, “Incorrectly Shipped” or “Damaged in Transit” goods. Shipping charges may apply and are not refundable.

Change of mind refunds will be accepted within 14 days with original tax receipt. Returned products must be in new condition.

Items purchased as value packs can only be returned as a complete pack, no individual item refunds.


Fort Knox Self Storage or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Our service area covers metropolitan Melbourne only.

Fort Knox Self Storage’s days of operation for delivery are Monday to Friday servicing locations across metropolitan Melbourne only. The delivery fee is $20.00 for orders totalling under $100.00. Orders of $100.00 or more will be shipped for free.

Once your order has been placed, an employee from your selected Fort Knox Self Storage location will call for payment by credit card and to confirm your delivery address.

The standard time-frame for delivery is the next business day. Orders processed early in the day may be delivered on the same day.

Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by Fort Knox Self Storage or its agent to be authorised to receive the goods.

Please make sure there is someone available to receive the delivery. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive the order, Fort Knox Self Storage may charge you additional delivery fees.

Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them, and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
