great very easy to get in to an store my stuff an then get out , I can only give u 4 stars because my FATHER in HEAVEN will always be 5 stars ,no complaints from me I think I picked the second best place for storage of my property but the best place for storage is my sole with GOD, so 4 stars absolutely thanks fortknoxk

Warm friendly staff. Every easy going and so helpful to my needs. Prices are fantastic and the Facility is very clean. Plenty of cameras all round the place so I feel my belongings will be safe and secure. I recommend anyone to use Fort Knox to store their belongings here.

Chelsea has a 10 out of 10 for the most outstanding service I have had anywhere in a very long time. Nothing was a problem The rest of the team are all lovely and polite. The storage facility is spotless and the facilities available are amazing. Being able to use there van to move our smaller items was absolutely fantastic. Excellent customer service seems rare these days, however staff at FK Vermont Sth were absolutely wonderful to deal with. They catered to my specific needs, were knowledgeable and transparent and always very helpful. The locker itself was clean and my items were still dust free and immaculate 9 months later. The complimentary van hire is also a nice touch, as was the complimentary drinks we were given moving out on a hot day. A brilliant experience all round.

We needed storage for 3 months but in the end it was for 5 months. From the outset Ruby made it very easy for us and assisted throughout this period. Service was excellent, facilities were very clean and accessible with very competitive rates. Thank you.

Fort Knox at Vermont is a fantastic self storage facility. It is clean, well kitted out and the service from the team is always efficient, friendly and super helpful. The lifts, trolleys, van, even toilet all work well to help us with our needs and the facility supported us well in our move out of our old and into our new homes. It also feels secure - access to the site feels safe and secure and the padlocked units (you get to keep the padlock too, at the end of it) feel like only the most wanton bloody minded perps will break in. It was a great experience with this facility and the team that makes it work so well.

Howdy, Fort Knox Dandenong was recommended to me, ironically by another storage business in my country town. My first inter reaction was with Veronica, who was a delight, both fun and on the ball. I gave her a list of my household items and their dimensions and Veronica suggested a particular cubic capacity unit. On subsequent visits to the facility, the 2 blokes (I don’t know their names) were like Veronica, fun and on the ball. Couldn’t recommend them high enough. 9/10.

Top recommendation - Fort Knox Self Storage Keysborough. Contact in a timely manner. Chelsea the on-site Representative was highly professional and efficient explaining the storage service and taking us through the administration side once selecting our storage needs. Chelsea was patient, listening and bright in her demeanor. On the day of moving into the storage facility, the young man behind the desk, was also professional and efficient. The facility is clean, organised and safe. Very pleased with our experience.

I have stored with Fort Knox off and on for 7 years - One of the best things that I can say about my possessions, is that there is no dust on them. That is a relief. I can come and go as I please and the staff are very friendly - in the time I have been there, I have had 4 units - 2 currently

This is the first time using Self Storage and the staff at Vermont Fort Knox made the whole process easy. Everything was explained up front. The staff were friendly, knowledgable, and informative. We were happy with the security and the process was easy and user friendly.The only down side would be the cost as we always want things cheaper. However, for the above reasons and the piece of mind I think it was value for money.Our first time experience with Fort Knox was a very positive one and would consider them first if ever we need storage in the future.

Had an amazing experience with this place. Great security, provided a new lock and a welcome kit. Good trolleys to move stuff, surveillance, clean storage space. Kept contents of my mum’s and my places there for 3 months. Also had a good experience with the free move in van. Would definitely recommend and use them again, though hoping not to need to as moving/storing stuff is such a nuisance. Anyway, thanks!

A great place to store our excess boxes when moving house to a small unit until we organised storage at our new home. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great to be able to access unit whenever it suited us and convenient to be able to purchase storage boxes at site. would recommend to friends who are in same situation.

Efficient, clean, 1st class facility. Very impressed and the setup and ease of use for this Fort Knox. Just moved some items in over the weekend and it all went smoothly and easily. I am sure my items are very safe in this clean, modern and impressive facility.

Friendly and helpful staff, and clean premises. Would gladly recommend to others as long as price wasn't an issue (but all self storage seems expensive, so that's hardly unique to this location).In the very hot weather, the top level can get quite warm (low 40's), so if storing anything temperature sensitive you may want to take that into consideration.Pricing is ok - cheaper is available elsewhere in less secure or nice facilities; far more expensive is available in other areas.I would love to see a rubbish bin in the central parking area or even on each level. Unless you want to take your rubbish with you, you have to navigate the corridors to the toilet because it's the only accessible area with a bin.
