We had our household items in storage at Fort Knox Moorabin for 2plus years. I had no problems at all in that time. Access with ease. The staff always courteous and helpful. On the day we moved out it was really hot, the manager brought us a cool drink. It was very much appreciated. A job well done Moorabin staff. Highly recommend.

Staff members are extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they have made my experience easier. I gave a 4 rather than a 5 star rating due the call out charges when visiting the site. The gates are able to be opened with your code and no security would be required particularly when you’re already on site and have been for a number of hours. Apart from that very good service and range of storage options and the staff are particularly impressive.

Most of the storage companies around Moorabbin area are very similar, however the level of customer service does vary.On 31/3/23 I signed a short term storage facility contract & as pleasantly surprised with the customer service representative who signed me up. Ryan was extremely attentive of my needs, polite and helpful. He went out of his way to help me ensure the right product and made the whole experience quite pleasant. I also was able to hire a van for the day which helped me out in my situation. I just wanted to commend the Moorabbin Fort Knox team for being so diligent with their services and making my experience a very pleasant one.Thank you Ryan & the teamKind regardsKostas

It was some of the best customer service I have ever received. They were so helpful on the initial phone call to coordinate a quote. Very timely with sending through options and prices that they had available. Provided two follow up calls and provided further insights that helped me confirm which one was suitable.Once I went to put my items into storage they showed me the display size before showing me to my storage unit and educating me on how it all works.Lastly, as an added bonus I got a starter pack that included 8 boxes that was much needed for my move.I would recommend Fort Knox storage to anyone I know as they have made my stressful moving process so much easier with providing a place for me to store my items in between houses at an affordable rate.

My wife chose them after doing a lot of research. Have to say I’m very impressed. I pride my business on customer service and you can clearly see the staff here care and have been trained well.Nothing is a problem. The prices are reasonable. Great service. Friendly staff and excellent rates in comparison with other companies in the area. No cancellation notice period required, and no cancellation costs. Fantastic will definitely come here for future storage needs!Really enjoyed coming and chatting to the staff especially Margot. It turned out her and I went to the same primary school and our mums remember each other! Small world...Was happy to spend money on storage boxes as well because it was always a chance to chat to the lovely staff and support a local business.

Head and shoulders above the rest and super-friendly as well...HIGHLY recommended by MelbourneMusicCentre 🙂 We ALWAYS use Fort Knox and so do my staff and friends. They ARE the best.One gripe though....the infernal online application form very unsuitable for a desktop computer - use your phone!!!

The service at Fort Knox was exceptional. Our moving day was exceptionally hot and the move itself was somewhat chaotic. When we reached out to Fort Knox the staff were efficient, knowledgable and kind. They problem solved and relieved a huge amount of stress. I rented a locker (inside a building, approx 2m x 2m) and visited after 16 months. I was amazed when I opened the door that everything was still so clean - spotless actually. No spiderwebs at all, not even dust! Just tells me that they must be doing a great job in maintaining the property overall. The staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Awesome customer service, and finally great to be able to unload easily at ground level for the same price as most places that make your storage harder by being on level 2,3 or 4. As i moved by myself I found this made it very easy for me, and I had my 6 year old with me so pulling straight up to storage door was blessing. thanks less stress on my end.

This is an organised and efficient company and from day one, every member of staff has been cheerful, friendly and helpful. I commented on the first day that it must be a great place to work because everyone was so nice. Ten months later as I finally move into my new place and empty my storage unit, I still think the same. A wonderful helpful cheerful team of people.
